ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, EIDAS, TRUST SERVICES
Services
We provide advice and consultancy on all aspects of electronic signatures, the use of trust services, related standards, and the eIDAS Regulation.
The use of electronic signatures and trust services is becoming more widespread in business to provide security and legal weight to digital documents and communications. Whether you’re an individual or small organisation requiring a simple and easy to use solution to electronically sign or seal documents, or a large organisation seeking to add security to complex business processes through the adoption of trust services, understanding the choices available isn't always straightforward.
Electronic Signatures
We provide a suite of services relating to electronic signatures. This includes general guidance, 'starter-pack' for small scale signature use, training and workshops, business process requirements gathering, and support for the development of certified and standards based electronic signature services.
Trust
Services
Trust services are the essential services underpinning electronic signatures, transactions, and secure business processes, and they contribute to the overall level of trustworthiness and assurance users have in such systems. We have many years' experience working with such systems and can support you in their development or adoption.
eIDAS
eIDAS establishes a legal framework for trust services including electronic signatures, electronic seals, timestamps, electronic identity services, and more. We have extensive experience working with the eIDAS regulation and associated services from a technical, certification, supervisory body, and accreditation viewpoint. Whichever eIDAS services you're working with, qualified or non-qualified, we can help.
Policies
Providing appropriate assurance and confidence in electronic transactions and trust services is critical. We can help you develop appropriate policies that will ensure your services meet your requirements, any applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and that they comply with international standards.
Standards
For most electronic signature or trust service related projects, compliance with national and international standards, many of which are detailed and complex (e.g. ETSI standards) is mandatory.
We can provide guidance on these, review your services against them, or help you create standards compliant services form the outset.
